      When he mentioned about 20 grams he said first time user i.e. creatine loading.

    Hello I just brought! 3 supliments, 1st optimum whey gold standard ,,,, 2nd bcca 5500 dymatize , 3rd super amino 6000, Please can you tell me how to take them ????? Currently I just taking one scoop of whey before and after work out, thanks ( sorry for my bad English )

    i also wanna know as u said in your vidoes that milk contain 12g protein and other aminos,and i also found a milk as one of the complete food loaded with minerals and vitamins but i want to know is their something else in market as a substitute of milk with same nutritive value.i have been using freshubin(meal replacement),peptaman protein peptide(nestle),proteinx ,can they work as a substitute of milk

    sirI do weight training 1-1.5hrs dailyafter weight training I do cardio and abs total 10-15minsafter completing this total workout of weights and cardio absI take my whey proteinso am I doing right?? or should I take my shake after weight training and then begin with my cardio and abs(10-15mins)

      What's wrong with regular food? Last I checked, food triumphs supplementation any day. If u get 0.8-1g/lb protein a day with regular food intake and divide it into the meals each having 0.4-0.55g/lb protein, u don't need any supplementation. Keep fats at 20-25% and the rest carbs. It's all about calories in Vs calories out. Whether u r bulking or cutting.
