    * Sapta Dhatu-s, which are Rasa, Rakta, Mamsa, Meda, Asthi, Majja an Shukra.
    * Panch Kosha-s, which are annamaya kosha, pranamaya kosha, manomaya kosha, vijnanamaya kosha, and anandamaya kosha and

Talks about the air that sustains the life force within us- air that we inhale has five aspects to it.
1.praana vayu- causes respiration and is closely related to thought process
2.apaana vayu- causes excretion thru urinary, sweat glands
    Coordination and unity among
    Causes buoyancy

I have noticed the Devanagari script does not match the transliteration presented in this video. Pronounciation matches the transliteration and also matches the Devanagari I have read elsewhere, but I cannot understand why the Devanagari here does not match the transliteration. Was this intentional? Perhaps it is presented in a way to help native Hindi speakers pronounce Sanskrit correctly? Or maybe it's just a typo? Thank you to anyone who can provide this answer!
Ex: sapta dhatur... the Devanagari presented indicates the transliteration should be sapta dhAtuh
