ive got the exact same helmet.. i got a cheap one for free when i took my license.. was so loud and heavy on my neck.. when your on a motorbike weight and noise reduction is such a paramount.. - i've driven on a scooter for years.. never thought it'd matter.. This helmet is like being inside the cockpit of an aeroplane.. muted.. like you wouldnt believe, and so lightweight its incredible. If i could ever only have one helmet this would be it. Cheers.
You kept my attention until the end, which is great considering I don't have a bike and I will never be aloud one. Lol. What happened to the last video. It suddenly disappeared.
+mattsbeamer I never get time to be creative and do some really good vids. I nearly gave it up. UA-cam done properly is a lifestyle choice and when you have kids and a family its so much more harder to fit in. You can't just take off and film cars for fun when you have commitments. I now have total respect for people that excel in it. When I sell my project i will be in a different position to enjoy time on it.
+Buddy's Insight I totally respect you man. I know how hard it is to fit it in general life, family etc, hence why I never get a chance to do much. I have just got a car from the wife so I am happy now, but trying to drive in Moscow, where there's no private areas is a new barrier to blast through. Please never ever give up! I am a fan, and I appreciate your content. Keep it up Buddy!!
Snurre86 I am sure you would be able to just click the cheek pads back in place as they are just on poppers. I have a tinted visor now and it looks stunning 👍
I have never crashed on a motorcycle yet. I am very hyper vigilant when I ride. I watch crash videos all of the time and the thought of wheelchair life keeps me extra safe👍
Marcie UA-cam I went for the dark visor. It looks really good on this helmet and it's also a lot of fun when people can't see your face. People just look at you in a really funny way trying to work out what kind of person is inside. I love it
Buddy's Insight have you had any issues with the dark visor. I imagine you can only use it during the day? I'm trying to decide whether to get the dark or light for my NXR.
How is the wind noise? I want to upgrade so I don't have to wear earplugs constantly. Also what size is your head? I'd like a nice tight fit around my neck/jaw because the helmet i have now has gaps around my neck so wind noise is so loud.

Hey buddy, what visor did you end up putting on your helmet, light or dark?

Looks just like the rf 1200
Same helmet. It's named NXR in the EU. RF1200 in the US and the Z-7 in Japan.
