I feel like they changed Pizelle’s whole vibe. She seems way grumpier, feels kinda like they tried to make her more like Peppino, but kinda made her less unique personally wise by doing so. The new sprite work is very good, definitely of a higher quality than the old stuff, but it goes in a different direction vibe wise I guess.
yeahh thats definitely what i was thinking. the new sprite work is very very well done, no doubt, but idk!! i kinda miss when she was an anxious mess all the time. it made her personality way more fun, but i suppose its more distinct now.
Back when they first showed the newer sprites it caught me off guard a bit how they made her more smiley and aggressive than before, but now I definitely think they're better!
But there is still some hint of innocent mischief with her always have that childish SpongeBob Eyes and the immense gremlin energy from her various sprites
I think it’s for the better that they made Pizelle more distinct from Peppino and gave some characteristics of the Noise. It makes him more interesting rather than just being Noise with Peppino’s personality
cant wait for when pizzelle pulls a flamethrower on coneball in the final boss of the final game its gonna be so epic and then coneball will steal pizzelles button that blows everything up and then triggers the crumbling tower of piz- i mean sugar idk source? just trust me (for real tho, i made it up, its probably gonna be something different lol)
I think you could have the audio higher while you’re talking, the switch between being able to hear the music to not at all when you start talking is pretty jarring. Maybe try having it at a consistent volume that can still be easily heard but doesn’t your voice out? Great video otherwise though I loved the whole thing!!
