I would use an estimate how many sqft you can do in an hour as a first estimate. Let’s say you did 50sqft / hour and if you need to do 1,000, that’s 20 hours to complete job. I’ll add 3 hours additional for cuts/cleanup. So charge total 23 hours let’s say. If your minimum charges $150/hour with two staff, three day (8hours work day) job, then that’s $3,450 just labor.That’s what I would think. Of course your wage will vary depending on state and cost of living, tax, insurance etc.

What pricing would you calculate for labor?
You could figure out how many hours the last job you did and how many square feet it was and come up with a price per square foot.
