He's questioned over Israel's most recent attack on an ambulance outside Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza, whether that amounts to a war crime and if Israel are doing enough to protect civilian life amid their fight against Hamas.

Because of the nature of Arabic, the translation could also have been that there were 500 'victims' of the bombing. Or 500 'casualilties', rather than 'deaths'. Basically, they could have also been including any of the injured in that number.

It's not! Hamas had taken over the ambulance and they traveled as a convoy, which ambulances do not do. They are saying that they saw terrorists go into the ambulances. Hamas is going against International Law by using Hospitals, ambulances, and other red cross places as Terror units!

Just saw a video in west Bank, and the IDF took as in carried a sick man from inside the ambulance at the hospitals entrance. The doctor begged them to let him treat him but they refused pointing guns at the doctors!

The presence of a protected person may not be used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations.
She's still wrong, though. It's PRESUMED that all ambulances are not being used as part of a combat role (i.e moving forces) but if there is evidence to prove that they are being used to move around terrorists, then it become a legitimate military target. That is international law.
When fighting a terrorist organisation that was voted in by the population, different rules apply. She should support the fact and applaud the fact Israel are still engaging with precision and humanity to minimise civilian deaths, in which Hamas doesn't care... Where are the shelters and bunkers for Palestinians, where has the money gone for aid to Palestinians... 44 Palestinians in every hundred support Hamas. They support this... They voted for it.

Actually Amnesty international has investigated this topic and found these claims are an utter lie. Also israel actually has obligation to protect civilians under ANY circumstances according to international law.
