Zinfandel is so cute! I really think you should keep her! She is such a sweet girl! Maybe she she’ll even have a potential in barrel racing😝 She took some pretty sharp turns while staying in a lope! She is so fun!
I was thinking she definitely could do well with barrel racing too! She is fast, can make sharp turns, and she will probably end up being a pretty tall horse so she might be good at poles too!
I agree, You should keep her! She might have some potential for jumping too (if you wanted to do that with her that could be an option), or some english pleasure, she would be nice for barrels too!

People are saying that she’d make a great barrel horse, I do to! But I think she would be a doll in eventing or jumping! She’s sharp turned and I think since u do English riding, she’d be a amazing horse for u to progress in whatever u do!💗 u should def keep her, y’all have such a bond and y’all would most definitely when some ribbons in dressage or jumping!🫶 I support all your decisions🙏

Aww I love her! She is doing great! I really think you should keep her forever! She is so sweet! If you keep her you could have a horse to ride but you can still take care of KazÍ. You can do riding parts in your comedy videos. You can go out to places like shows or XC courses with her. Your fans will be super happy (especially me). Also she would just make a great addition to your channel! No pressure but...... I really want you to! Loved this video and watching Zinny! I see a lot of people saying she should be a barrel racer, oh god please no. Barrel horses are so hollowed out and the amount of abuse that goes into that sport is just heartbreaking. I'm sure she'd be a lovely trail horse or even do some jumping! Maybe you could even try some endurance with her! Anyway so happy to see that she is doing so well and say hi to all of the animals for me! 💕

A good idea would be a spring/summer clean vid where you bath the horses and clean things around the barn 😁 like muck, clean halters ect

I think it would be funny if you did “when horses are sweaty” or smth like that and you can show an exaggerated amount of sweat like completely hosing down Kozi and film her dripping wet and using the sweat scraper coz I always feel like they’re drenched in sweat, but basically just an exaggeration of summer in general if you want

Your trailers are so different to ours in the UK. We have ramps for a start so the horse doesn't have to back out into thin air but watching you I'm not sure if they are as necessary as we think they are. Mind you, modern trailers tend to have a ramp at the front as well so no backing necessary, they can walk out frontwards. I don't think I've seen one wide enough for a horse to turn around inside even if the partition was taken out. We also have a 'groom's door' in the front so you can't get trapped and you can provide hay and water without having to squeeze in behind the horse.
I'm not saying one is better or worse, it's just interesting to notice. You'd think these things would become more of a standard over time, like cars in different countries are now quite similar, whereas you used to be able to look at a car and know immediately where it came from.
My trailer has a “grooms door” too! I think most standard trailers have the ramp here, it’s just with mustangs you’re not allowed to have a ramp door unless it also has a rear swing gate. I would prefer a ramp though! This one is called a stock/horse combo trailer.

I've only seen American trailers on films really and they've all been either ones like yours (think Heartland!) or the sort of open ones with no roof usually seen being pulled across a desert or something! I don't think I ever saw one with a ramp which is a bit strange. Perhaps I need to pay more attention 😁.

Then again, yours probably doesnt fit on most of the road here hahaah

I can see was Zin was emotional, when Zara was being trailed off. If you think about it, she was once a wild mustang roaming with her herd until she got “captured” and taken into care. She probably had to experience her herd being taken away in trailers to different places, and never coming back. So I could see why she would throw a fit about zara going off and her freaking out. Wild mustangs usually get separated from their family’s, it’s quite sad. But zin will be fine….I hope. Let’s pray she doesn’t kick a fence down lol
Maverick-Medicine is a great herd, the mustangs I’ve met from there have been friendly and easygoing… she seems like a great little pony!

I love all your mustangs and I love that you train them so well! Zinfandel is soooooo cute ☺️ but I think you should get a riding horse if you want to start riding a lot! I bet that would be fun as well as training mustangs, but you might not have time for it all. Just a thought!
You are using what we call Ne-Po-Po in the dog world on Zinny. Negative, spray with water, positive remove spray when you get desired behavior, positive food reward. It is one of the fastest and clearest ways to teach behavior for dogs at least. Love seeing your progress.
She's coming along nicely. Do younger horses like her get adopted quicker or do they seem less popular in auctions?
It was neat seeing Kazi running in her grazing muzzle, does she ever get it caught on things?
Also maybe a video on summer storms? Lightning, tons of rain, high winds, etc. Maybe a funny drill or something.
The barn where I'm taking lessons has wooded areas around it and going down their driveway there were multiple trees knocked over with their roots showing, like a bulldozer just pushed them over. Curious I asked the owner and she was like 'oh yeah a tornado a couple of years ago came through' Geez. It was really close to the pastures, barns, the houses.
The biggest issue I’ve had with Kazí’s muzzle has been that she knows how to get it off 😂 it comes off really easily so if it got caught it would either break or come off. Otherwise I couldn’t leave it on her without piece of mind. She only wore it when we had the really green grass. She is pretty weaned onto it now and gets to graze freely. At least while it’s pretty dry.
I know im seeing this super late, but with your first question i can totally answer it!
2 and 3 year olds tend to be the main focus on mustangs that are purchased, with yearlings close behind! But lately there have been fewer and fewer people actually adopting mustangs, even when they are TIP trained. So all in all, people like the young horses they can ride or start under saddle. hope that helps!
