I'm not sure mr/mrs/etc "ooops, my station blew up and my escape pod just crashed here" is too fussy about what word they use for Carbon/"stuff that: burns, filtrates water++ and makes steel hard". Functionally for them, that is coal. The same usually goes for the player of the game, because most players have been trained by previous games what coal is. That also goes for stuff like "scanners" etc. Good design uses words, images and symbols people understand, even if it can sometimes annoy us who situationally "know better". :) The downside is that it can lead to slight miseducation of people who this information probably never will be relevant for outside of conversation, but eeeh, whatever. The bright side of that though, is that it opens up opportunities to see if you can find a nice way to "akshually" that so that everyone leaves the conversation happy about it. ^,^
This is a game that was already on my wishlist, so I'm excited for you to try it out. The demo was fun, but I very very rarely buy early access games, and never do so with a developer I don't know. Hopefully they stay on top of things. Thanks for the video!
@@otockian I disagreed on that. Breathedge is visually, humoristic and when it comes to survival stuff superior to what i have seen sofar from Astrometica. Rhads streams starts at 9 pm in my region (EU), so i cant enjoy them to the end - i am bound to the YT videos. So only time will tell (more episodes) if i change my mind on that.
Coal in space isn't quite so nonsensical if this asteroid belt is made up of a former planet, which its incredible density implies to me.
Uhh ... I mean .... still pretty silly given that any planet is going to be like 0.000000000001% coal, but whatever =]
@Rhadamant I *did* say "not quite so nonsensical"! There's still a whole lot of wiggle room for nonsense.
@@LAJ-47FC9 If they just called it carbon it would be a lot more sensible =]

Actual tip: You can save on battery power in beginning by smashing rocks with scrapper. It takes roughly the same amount of time as the basic drill.
Hulk SMASH
Do a "bonk only" challenge run :P

Yeah, we'll see how it goes!
Was really hoping you’d play this! TY for the content
Welcome
Not sure how i feel about this one looks like an almost identical reskin of subnautica😬🤔 is there any new mechanics that are different?
Yes. I waiting for the space dragons to yell at you for echolocation. 😁
I mean .. you're in space, so there's that mechanic for sure lol
@@Rhadamant ahh yes🤣😝 i meant beside the obvious such as being in space, different story, etc.
Thank you for all the amazing videos and epic content!!
My pleasure
been watching gameEdge play this. it's a fun game and it's neat to see you play it too!
aye
This game made by one person its incredible
Aye
can you rescue people and add them to your crew or bases? can you make robots to help and keep you company?
Not as far as I know
It’s basically just breathedge without the grating humor so far.
Perhaps
So if Subnautica and Planet Crafter had a baby.....
Sounds like a gnarly baby
Is there a possiblity that you missed Breathedge?
The second half of that game was absolute garbage.
