Big Bomb honestly i have no idea, i just posted random videos whenever i felt like it since 2014 lmao, i dont make good videos at all, i dont make em consistently either, so it took me a couple years to get 100. plus i only deserve like 2.7 subs
@@ocimum3476 LMNC is moog-ish guy as I think, and Make Noise has a lot of connections with Buchla and West-Coast style synthesis🤔 imo they are really different in "sound style"
That’s funny. Make Noise has been around since 2008. Sam (LMNC) was a little kid back then. So I think maybe he was inspired by Maths and other older modules they released.
I really enjoy your show, Andrew. It has been very helpful to me in my projects no matter how drastically different they may be. Thank you. Happy noise making holidays!
I never realise how small it was until you held the O-Coast in your hand. You see it on a page or in a vid and often you don't get a perspective on its size. I like that it's compact as I have a small bedroom studio and could find space in among my other synths. Thanks for that.
The synth that got away! But, now it is mine once again! Great Video Huang. Very fun and well done. I sold my 1st one of these b/c none of my synths at the time had patch memory, but I couldn't get enough of this synth. Easily one of the most engaging and fun synths I've ever played. Love your patch work too. SIMON ROCKS!
I think he probably gets a lot of free stuff from companies who realize that UA-cam has become an enormous platform, and by giving the most talented people on that platform stuff that helps with what they do, it provides a brand synergy that is far cheaper and more effective in the long run than traditional marketing. Our boy Andrew here doesn't give anything to himself, aside from what he's purchased with his hard earned moolah, and seems to like sharing art and inspiration with the world. I think everyone wins
十才 they’re actually quite cheap in comparison to everything else like guitars, basses, drums, pianos, stringed and brass instruments. Some are expensive yes, but you also have the Volcas, Logue Series, Brute Series, Pocket Operators, etc. all under $300
Ayy, nice vid. From one musician to the other, I really appreciate the effort and time you put into your videos. I've been watching your videos for a bit less than a year and yet my production knowledge as a 17 year old has increased so much. Thank you Andrew
Andrew, keep crushing it! Your channel is so unique and minimal feeling on a platform full of competition! Myself along with many other enjoy your content, please never stop making epic videos!
Happy New Year Andrewww!!! 🎉🎉I really wish I could win that Apollo Twin Duo! And also I hope I can improve musically throughout 2018. Maybe more music theory on the channel? 😁❤️️
There is no shortage of them Dart. Check out the Novation Peak or the Deep Mind 12 desktop or maybe a Moog. Go listen to some and decide for yourself. Analog, digital whatever sound you like.
The only thing I hate about MN gear is the confusing and stupid icons and unreadable writing on their modules! How da heck does anyone figure out this stuff? Weird symbols and unclear fonts compared to other makers.
Hey Andrew just started looking into your work it's really inspiring and motivating to the point where I'm re-exploring music again. I was a musician for 7 years and switched over to dance for another 3 and seeing your passion for what you do moved me to get back into it (music). Keep up the amazing work and I can't wait to see more!
Keep up the good work dude. I found your channel about a year ago now, and have thoroughly enjoyed all your content. You have one of the most original channels on youtube and the music you make is top👌💯
I remember when I found you years ago with your video “all those love songs they were all true” and came back recently and I live for these newer videos where I’m learning a loooot
Hi Andrew! I'm a huge music nerd who's been piecing together a studio to help me pursue music/production as a career! Your videos are right up my alley and a enjoy all of them!
This synth was my intro into the world of modular synthesis (after about 8 million hours of UA-cam tutorials and reading forum posts of course). I still love this thing and am constantly finding new ways to use it----especially the slope LFO, and the Counter section.
I've been following you on youtube for awhile now. You're a very talented and dedicated musician! I think one of my favorite things was when you done all the different cover/styles of Eye Of The Tiger. That was pretty epic! Also, its cool that you give back to the fans. Keep up all of the amazing work and stay awesome!
I've only been recently watching your videos. But every time i do, they are always so unique and interesting and i just wanted to say thankyou for inspiring me with all of your weird though creative ideas. i haven't been very musically talented as i have always been afraid of not coming up with something original. but watching your videos has sparked my interest in making music recently. And i hope you continue making more of these amazing videos for many years to come :)
Andrew, I want to thank you for all your wonderful video’s and music that have inspired miljonairs of people to look at music from a different angle. You truly are a big influence in my music. I can’t wait for what’s comming in 2018. Happy new year!!
Dudes video editing skills are in a class of their own. I had no interest in learning about the 0-Coast (and many other product breakdowns he does), yet I always end up watching them because Andrew's content is so damn entertaining. Keep it up!
Great reviwes is a thing, picking up gear that hardly O would ever see is another, but doing all of this and more plus packing it up in an entertaining video rocks! Thanks Andrew!
I'm really just putting a comment here for another entry, but when ever i watch your vids i restart it until i can get the high five. Best part of my day.
Love seeing stuff like this. I've always been a musical person whether it be composing, playing or listurning. And I've only recently got into modular music amd so far so good and stuff has only inspired me more. Keep up the amazing work and I love your music man.
Andrew, you’re a truly an authentic person and have inspired me to repursue my dreams of music. Thank you for all of the content you put out. And thank you for never stopping
You are one of the most talented person I have seen. You are my idol and you inspire everyday. Owning the things wiill mean the world to me. Good luck to all!!!
Hello! your music is always amazing. I am 13 years old and music is my favorite thing to do. I play many instruments such as piano, violin, cello, drums, etc. Keep up the good work :)
I’m now on standby for a multi-volume album series titled “OOPS I MADE IT WEIRD”
THESE GODLY BLEEPS
THESE GODLY BLOOPS

Big Bomb heres a hint. Release good videos and stop asking.

The font on the console does resemble "Look Mum No Computer" style of writing.
he and make noise have a lot in common now that I think about it in terms of their attitude to music
@@SorchaSublime they should collaborate imo

Why is andrew’s editing style so entertaining?
no one totally astonished by the fact we just converted plant biochemistry into MIDI??? the future is here!!
Andrew does so many giveaways, but how much does he give to himself?? 🤔🤔🤔

I recently bought a Korg Monologue for just £179, if you look around and be patient you'll find some great deals.
Cheaper than cars and motorcycles!...and women if you can’t get them for free
Thanks for another year of constant quality music! Love these really modifiable synths.
Nice hair cut bro 👌
One thing I love about Andrew Huang videos is that I can feel safe liking the video before it even starts. Each and every time.

Hello!
BLUE DA BA DEE DA BA DAI
How you control a modular synthesizer with a midi keyboard? I really want to know that
Dart Same way you’d control a desktop synth module with a midi controller.
But do you need a midi interface or a usb midi converter and what sinthesizers are good for this
Midi interface. Lots of desktops are great. Whatever sounds good to you.
Buck Two Can you give me some example please
