Lisa, you are the best!!! I can't wait to try the banana bread in my ninja grill and then in my Ninja Foodi. Will decide if I agree. I'll bet I do though because I trust your recipes completely.
Thanks Rara, some people like it a little brown but I can taste it and its too much for me. It makes me want to cut off the crust-lol. Another viewer Shirley reminded me of the Bundt pan-totally for got I had it. Gonna have to do another one and see which way is better! Thanks Rara!
Hello, I used my ninja foodi for your banana nut bread recipe. I did it like you did minus the sour cream. My husband who is 74 said it was the best B.N.B. he's ever had. My sister agreed. I used the round pan. Thanks
Perhaps if it were tented with tin foil in the beginning then removed for browning at the end might help it from being overdone ok next on top. I know that this method works best in the regular airfryer. Loved your recipe. Thanks
I’ll give it a go next time- moving on to pumpkin bread- lol I’ll wait until after Labor Day- so I don’t rush the remainder of summer- lol. Thanks cyanne1!
Yes, Lisa and my lovely mum would love it too if the nursing home would let me take food into her!! Do you know I was positively salivating at that Banana cake or bread as you call it over there, it looked gorgeous and I would love to have that hot with some custard - awesome!! I know now that you must live on the starship Enterprise as you were transported from one kitchen to another and nobody else on earth could move that fast Lisa so I say beam me up and over to Lisa's kitchen and let me get at that loaf or cake or whatever the devil you call it LOL!!!
Hi David, yes your mum would enjoy it. My father delivered it with a cup of hot chocolate fir my mother to enjoy. She lights up when she sees the cup of hot chocolate! We as you are unable to visit but I can deliver food to her- at least and see her through the window. After Labor Day( this weekend). I will be returning home. Enjoyed being a keeper of cottages- Lol It really is a cake due to the sweetness but they call them breads over here. Custard- may have to whip some up and give it a try! It’s kinda fun cooking in so many different kitchens but I forget so many things- lol. But it’s good you have to work with what you have. I’m gonna need an RV to travel and move all my Ninja appliances and accessories- lol Next week since summer will he officially over- time for pumpkin bread or “cake” one of my moms favorites. I luv fall weather and flavors! Thanks David! You can beam yourself over anytime! Just not sure what kitchen I will be in!😜😜🤩🤩
@@pressurecrisp Thanks Lisa I'll just give the old teleporter a clean and beam over. Oh by the way I can now visit my mum in the nursing home with PPE on and 2 m distance and stuff in place thank goodness! I hope you can see your mum soon Lisa!
Hi Lisa! I love your videos. I cooked some of your recipes and I love it! I have a question. I am going to bake banana bread in a round shape backing dish at Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker 8 quart. What should be the temperature and time? Is it the same as in the Ninja grill?
@@pressurecrisp I bake it in a round pan, came out good. When I covered the banana bread with foil and lifted the lid the foil was stuck on the lid. Is that normal?
@@sylviahendrickson2003 When covering anything with foil-have to tuck. it under the pan so. the fan does not suck it up. I should have mentioned this in my last comment.
Y’all have to try her spicy garbanzo bean- nuts! (Apologizes, I forgot their name) They were fantastic!! Maybe a silly question, but what 👉🏼size Bundt pan shall I fetch for my 6:5 Ninja Foodi👈🏼? Thanks y’all 😊 Many blessings
Thanks Anna Lee! Here is a link to. Amazon for a Bundt pan that will fit amzn.to/3pP8bAy Look around on Amazon they. have these if differ colors as well. Thanks!
Tell. me your thought on using a loaf pan or a round pan for baking. And mom did love the banana bread! :)
Could you just cover it with foil half way through?

What was the purpose of the silicone pad when you roast it the walnuts
Hi Tee, it just protects the bottom of the ceramic pot. Thanks Tee!
Do you need to use the silicone pad?
No you don't need it. Thanks Donna!

I would use the same temp but watch the time-it should quick a bit quicker-as its not as thick. Thanks Nadia!

Oh yeah-I forgot about the bundt-thanks! lol-can't believe I forgot all about it! Thanks Shirley!
Cover the top with foil towards the end when it get the color you want. Will that work?
It does. but. takes longer to bake. Just my personal preference to bake in the rounds instead. Thanks Sylvia!

You need tin foil on top to avoid the over browning on top
Thx!👍

Can you use that same recipe without putting sour cream in it?
I haven’t done it but you can use yogurt in its place. It adds a little moisture and fat to the bread. Thanks Denny!
