Good to see Dennis and Skyler sharing knowledge at the end.

You could see how much respect ✊ they have on each other. Very 👍 sportsmanship

This is a realistic table, unlike the TV bullshit we see on the mosconi cup. Tight pockets, cloth that isn't completely new, and misses don't magically slide into the pocket.

Actually the cloth was pretty new on this table. About a week or so, I believe. Tight pockets, tho.

I wonder what they were working after the match? It looked like Skyler was telling and showing Dennis something and then I saw Dennis take Skyler's cue and was about to shoot the same shot. Interesting. Skyler's game was REALLY off here, not like him at all. I hope he got his head back in it on the next match, seems like a very nice, very humble guy every time I've heard him commentate, etc. Happens to EVERYONE. Sucks when it does, but not for your opponent.

At about 43:40, if that double kiss on the eight was intentional, back this guy.

51:30 If you want to see pool in the Olympics then support for more pool as a sport and less as a gambling. Currently pool is like 75% gambling and 25% sport. Until then, it will be seen as a gutter sport, it doesnt matter how many forces are currently working to lobby it to be incorporated in the IOC, it won't convince anyone.

unfortunately since pool doesn't have as much funding, gambling is how the players survive. Professionals in other endeavors would gamble if they needed to but since they get paid ungodly amounts of money the need isn't there

Pool is an odd game, one of the players may not get to participate at all if the other guy is running out, and alternate breaks isn't as enjoyable for the spectators. Maybe they should bring Bonus Ball back for the Olympics, team oriented and more chances for both sides to play.
