I don't know how long this garage has been built but i remember seeing a picture that probably got turned into a meme or something along the lines of whether such a garage was real,long before youtube was either a thing or popular... and to finally see it now, brought back that memory,and what a garage that is!!!
If the world had a little bit more courtesy like Shmee has here (walking in socks.. removed wet, dirty shoes to not dirty clean, white tiled garage floor).... it would be a better place! 😄

have seen many garage tours with u Tim over the years n there all stunning n different. this however is by far the most beautiful visually but more than that its the design concept that far out weights anything i can remember with ur tours. a big thx to the owner for allowing Tim to share their private garage world to all of us.
The lighting, the lifts, and the presentation and stuff.... Excellent. But one car here, another car there. Like a maze. Would be SO much better to have one open space with some seats and the lifts all in one big room.

Every surface gleams. Thanks again to the owner for sharing it. There is one interesting lair in my neighborhood where a single garage door actually leads to an underground 15 car garage. But nothing on this scale with the lifts and glass. Stunning.
Nope this garage is a pain in the Obama to jump into a car and go drive. Balding Stradman garage at least is laid out so you can drive and go. Khosmin’s tacky gaudy building makes me want to 🤮 he doesn’t have to worry about driving his cars since by his own words his cars have less than 500 miles . He buys them as investments. Looks like a old man hunched over as he does his social media 2 mile drives. But that building is what the poors think rich folks live like. Thank you for attending my Ted Talk. Highly inspiring. Would love to understand how the cars move through the space to the outside and back... Such a solid collection, 2 of the trinity cars in there too.
Downstairs you use the lifts from outside and the top level has 4 normal garage doors 1 for each lift to drive straight outside! Only the very bottom is under ground! The top level is normal garages! But putting staircase from top level down to bottom is a very very clever design! And architect would of designed it for sure! It's not a normal design that any builder could do! But it feels like it's all underground! If you put 4 normal garage doors up you would loose that feeling it's all underground! Very clever design! Hope that explains it for you!
I find it extremely claustrophobic and clinical. You can't even walk around most of them or peek in the windows. I much prefer the TripleF garage where you can see the cars together and compare them.
Doesn't look at all like my garage. Strange habitat but the lighting definitely highlights the colors of the cars esp the black CGT and 918. Bravo. Thanks.

Awesome car collection! I like the trick car lifts. However, the garage space seems claustrophobic, despite all the white color, glass, and mirrors.
If I was to speculate it'd probably be planning permission which factors into the space seeming to be so confined in some areas
It is small, but I've never seen anyone make so much out of so little space.
