💯.. I have no doubt that trailer will be just fine and dandy. Me and my dad rebuilt one about 10 years ago and still on the road today. I mean they have to build them from nothing so it's essentially the same thing as building 1 from scratch...

Please, please zip tie all four pins. I've been pulling containers for a long time. The pins on these chassis have been know to unlock while you are in route to the customer. I've seen it with my own eyes where the boxes have come off the chassis at CSX and NS in Charlotte NC. I know sometimes you may not have any zip ties available just please be very careful. Btw, zip ties are the law on containers xD At least two, one on each corner front and back. If you don't cop can pull you over and give you a ticket. Not long ago on I-65 in Indiana, close to Chicago I saw 3 traffics and all 3 of them were caused by 53 feet containers laying on its side, blown off of the chassis lol. Luckily no casualities.

Just pulled a 53’ container the other day; not a fan cause they feel so heavy. Keep on trucking-
95 from Miami to Boca Raton is a shit storm when it comes to traffic.
I love moving containers but the companies that own them stink at maintaining them. I concur on the Miami issues. Apprx 1700 - 900 fuel = 800 for 700 mile run. Is that feasible.
You don't count whole fuel, you should know that. 700 miles equals to 100-110 galons of diesel. So 400-450 bucks for fuel for that run. The rest of the fuel can be used for a next run. $1250-$1300 for that run is not perfect but times are terrible nowadays.

2 days ago a trucker dyed in texas was decapited he had just loaded a manlift and was on his trailer a car came out of nowhere at 1 am drove up onto trailer knocked manlift off trailer and took his head off be carefull out thjere

After I had several Volvo tractors they don't run right without the check engine light on its a common glitch i had one the light was on for seven hundred thousand miles and never had a break down

If you don't put zip ties on all 4 corners you are in violation of 393.126 FAILURE TO ENSURE INTERMODAL CONTAINER SECURED, I would suggest brightly colored ones so DOT can see them and that's one less reason they can pull you over for!
