sinigang mix is like miso its not intended to be drank its a seasoning specifically for the dish sinigang only
the brown balls thingy are sago which are like boba but less yummy and the brown syrup is just a caramelized sugar

after the rice cooker goes to warm mode, you need to wait for 10-15mins for the rice to reabsorb the moisture so that it wont make it watery

that siomai and cup noddles combination is the best!!!
When buying taho, dont drink with a straw because the syrup settles at the bottom so you end up drinking a lot of the syrup first then halfway into your drink, only much of the tofu is left in your cup. Drink from the plastic cup. That Taho was also expensive. Smallest is P10 to P15, big is P20.

pwedeng mainit na tubig at sinigang mix, yun yung ginagamit sa mang inasal sa sabaw nila. saka it is not pure seasoning, it mostly concentrated dried sampaloc then powered. 🤷

we call it ihaw - ihaw or inihaw, "ihaw" means to grill, isaw is the intestine of either pig or chicken. glad to see you appreciating simple Filipino food, I love street food but I'm scared of getting diseases. so be careful especially with the dipping sauces! Ingat!

with natural ingredients such as sampalok, bayabas or santol for making it sour not the packed seasoning that use for sinigang.
but it is for survival thing.
