We're back with a week in the life on training camp. Everyone likes to know what we get up to on a weekly basis so we're back with a vlog from camp each day. It's Wednesday so we did a long endurance ride with intervals and a long endurance swim.

My favourite are the Huub Varga style - and use tinted when it is sunny
