Stall behavior should get more predictable/less dramatic as you move the CG forward. Stall recovery will become a bigger issue as the weight goes up with additional equipment. You will lose a bit of efficiency however the further forward the CG goes. Also make sure the hinge is 'loose', work the elevon back and forth a bit without cracking the hinge. This will make sure the elevon tip travels as much as the root, this should make the nose stall more forward than dropping a wing tip.
@@billmangione-smith7534 Shoreview Park in Shoreline. Much smaller than 60-acres but very close to me. Only fly very small planes here as there are lots of people and dog walkers that don't use a leash. People are chill about it and come to talk quite a bit, but I don't push my luck flying anything big or noisy.
Nice! 👍 I came late for the kickstarter but just ordered one a few days ago. Do you mean acro mode or manual (with no stabilization at all)? Looking forward to getting this awesome wing 😁
Manual, no stabilization. My 6 posn switch on my radiomaster selects manual mode for the 1st button, and that's what I was using for part of the video. The rest was using horizon mode. I was silly and forgot to test RTH and Loiter, and the weather has been bad since.
@lienmeat Thanks mate 👍 I will also go for a light build with a 2S lipo and walksnail 1-3S vtx. It looks plenty fast in your video 🤣. Btw. the same here. Winter has come and it's currently raining or very windy.
@@McLogo76 Hey I love your vids btw. I've got a Breeze Model X halfway assembled right now, which I discovered on your channel. It's the next maiden on my list.
@@lienmeat Thanks a lot! That one was also fun to build and fly. I guess the vtx and cam of my breeze will go into the Flik once it arrives. Good luck with with the maiden - looking forward to you upcoming vids 👍😉
Awesome flying 👏 can't wait to receive mine 😎
Thank you! I'm sure you'll love it. It's definitely fun for it's size.

@@dsingfsw Thanks for the tips I'll keep them in mind!
It looks like the Strix Nano Goblins brother, a bit 😁
@@michaelmueller9635 I think the guy (thinkflight) also had a hand in designing the nano goblin, so that would make sense.
Where are you flying? It looks so much like 60-acre yet obviously is not. Still waiting for mine ...
