Agreed. We liked it so much we came back for another week at the end of our trip. I’m not sure what the price is now, but if you pay cash and avoid the booking platforms, you may be able to get a better price!
Thats not busy at Padang Padang. It was packed in the afternoon 2 weeks ago. You have missed Uluwatu Beach where all the Surfers are and lots of clifftop restaurants the main part of Uluwatu.
Yes, I realized when editing the video it did not look extremely busy in the shots that i included but there were certain times of the day when it was quite full. This was also rainy season, so for sure right now in the summer it is probably much worse. Hope you still got to enjoy!

OMG- that hotel was AMAZING! $100/ night. Crazy cheap for American/Canadian standards. Awesome place. I’m sure it’s no longer $100/night.

You will have to go to another island to find quiet beaches. Bali beaches are always crowded because there are so many ppl on the island.
Melasti was perfect. A lot of space to spread out and the water was nice. Just wish it was walking distance from where we stayed.
