Yeah, the C4 has the niacin and all these dif. ingredients . The coffee is better health wise most likely, especially black. Like you said, don’t wanna overdo it on the C4. If you’re working out it’s all good, don’t wanna take the C4 and just be staring at the charts not working out. The C4, depending on how many ounces isn’t a crazy amount of caffeine. When I mentioned I only drink half of the other drink it’s because it has 300mg of caffeine. The fasting makes me lay off of that one too because it has bcaa’s which will break the fast.
Then with the coffee, it depends on what else is being added to it. It’s good either way, rock with the cleaner energy that has less ingredients if it is better for you.
That’s what it is, it’s about giving…giving to random ppl is one thing, but then ppl who are on your some frequency or when your spirit just tells you to wanting nothing in return, the gift is to be able to givegive.

I like the way you changed da perspective on da hellcat. Can use it to your advantage and have it working for you, typically I would say get a house doe but the game is changing. One funded account 3-5% per month can cop da whip in a few months…if you have the skill it don’t even hurt you, then you still have your other accounts.
