Alex Jones Perjury? Sandy Hook Parents Lawyer Says Infowar Host's Texts Were Sent to Him by Mistake

- Attorney Mark Bankston said Alex Jones hadn’t complied with court orders to provide text messages and emails for pretrial evidence gathering. At one point, Bankston informed Jones that his attorneys had mistakenly sent Bankston the last two years' worth of texts from Jones’ cellphone.
The Infowars host later testified that he now understands it was irresponsible of him to declare the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre a hoax and that he now believes it was “100% real."
And because Jones' lawyer never stated that the texts were protected by attorney-client privilege, the texts are all admissible and fair game.
The real irony is the text they lead with literally proves nothing. It was a comment someone else made about how another story he published seemed like another "sandy hook", aka, a BS story.... It has nothing to do with Sandy Hook or Alex's claims or actions regarding this case. Yet THAT is the one they lead with? As if they have a treasure trove of Sandy Hook texts Alex is hiding? If so, why lead with that one? It's utter BS.... even Alex seems to buy it... everyone and I mean EVERYONE who's taking this case seriously is an idiot and that includes Alex.

Is it possible both things could be true at the same time? Could Jones have searched and not found anything according to his methods, and then hi-tech professionals are able to look at past records and find them? Also, there could have been date issues involved. When looking for text messages referring to Sandyhook, why look in the last two years when the search is out of context? The text in question is not pertinent to the trial. It’s an attempt to cast doubt and frame Jones for perjury. This trial is about the past, not recent history. It’s stupid and a gimmick by parading lawyers trying to look slick - like they caught him in a ‘lie’. Catching him in a lie would finding a text that says “I told the court I didn’t have the texts, but actually I just deleted them - Hillary-style!”

When I was younger, I fell for this sack of shit. Good thing I never bought anything from him. The guy who changed my mind asked me to find reputable academics that believe what he believes. So I came back to my teacher with some that "did." Then he showed me what was truthful and what was not, and how Jones would take some things true and run with it without ANY evidence. Then he told me the expression, "the best place to hide a lie is inbetween two truths." Now that I'm older, it's almost funny except for the fact so many people believe it. A plaintiff suing for defamation typically must show:
1. The defendant published a statement about the plaintiff.
2. The statement was false.
3. The statement was injurious, and
4. The statement was unprivileged.
The plaintiffs were able to easily prove all four and that's why Jones is liable .... and toast.

For many years I was an avid listener of Alex Jones show. I believed (and honestly still believe that some of the things he had said in the past are true or at least plausible.
