just wondering if you had the same problems as i mentioned in my thermal printer video? ive had a mix of comments myself and im just interested to find out what your experience was.

I watched your video and Yes if you use it with Ipad or have more Bluetooth conections near by it will sometimes block half way or have a blank stripe in the middle, for example when 2 divices are connected to the printer i get a blank stripe in the middle of the stencil ... But when i use my phone i never had any issues with it even if more devices are connected to the printer ... But try this
1.Look if app is updated up to date
2.make sure you have only one device connected to the printer at the time
3. You can completley reset printer if you turn off and after hold power button for 8 to 10 seconds when turning back on

This printer can print plan papper also can show it

@@jatinchawda8609 no it can not print on plain paper... Only stencil paper or thermal paper ... Hope this helps
