Looks like 1980s suburbs. The city center looks like 1920s with 1990s cars. 35 years of development since 1989 and .... nothing? Looks like a town of 50,000 inhabitants. And then standing for 2 minutes waiting on the red light, really? It's like Albania back in 2004.
