How sturdy are the bevel gears?
very sturdy still work properly until now without problem.

Coba liat video sblm part ini yg lifting part, disitu ada cover bladeya dipotong. Klo emg rencana buat TS mantap. Klo coverya dipotong bs pake blade 10'

I think you are over engineering it. You could have used a C clamp (or two) as a mechanism to raise and lower the blade. The box you built was fine. Then just throw a wider base and a cutting table on it. Obviously, it's as unsafe as can be, but for straight cuts it will get the job done.
How about 45 degree sir ?
Can cut 0-50° max, on next video with trunion part
