Thrush_new cat.AVI

1991 Saab 900 turbo with new 2.5" Walker catalytic converter and 2.5" Thrush all-welded 2-chamber muffler (#17650, center inlet / offset outlet). I just got home after getting these parts installed, along with new 2.5" tubing from the cat back. Has a couple of pops when slowing down from high rpms, should pretty much go away once the parts have "burned" in. This video was taken in the driveway, a few feet from the side of the house, it sounds a lot nicer in the open, but it has a really nice burble at idle, which you can hear. The Walker cat was $70, and the Thrust muffler was $35, both at Auto Zone. Add'l parts and labor to install everything was $300.
