Good to see someone who bumps their head so often as well, I wish I could wear a hard hat all the time.
Happy New Year Cody :)
At 6 and a half feet tall, I can agree with this comment.
Fortunately there's a light substitute, check out a "bump cap"
People who use those all the time usually got some kind of diagnosis 😁

I felt really bad for him (or, you) here, I never see him angry and i know he's a human being so it's not like he doesn't get angry or something
);
Yea what was he angry about?
Don't know, I've never seen it but it looks new so it might have been scrap.
I don't think he likes to show himself being angry or sad- in fact all i've personally seen of the two aforementioned emotions were in a video he planned and this single clip.

The end was hilarious. You had a good decade Cody. Here's to the 20's for you, and all of us!!!
Cody, obviously I hope that you don’t have enough fail footage to make a part 2, but this is gold man 😂😂😂
Stay safe Cody, we need more people like you in the world.
Lol can u sub to mw
Failure: happens.
Cody: Okay.
literally everyone else: where's the explosion?

How many times has Cody had appendages sown back on? Betting pool! I'd guess 2....
@@bryanl1984 I'd bet less than my dad... guy almost lost several fingers several times in incidents involving a table saw (the same one each time btw) but always came out with all 10.
you want something scary, go look at the death machine that is a table saw. anyone who works will one and values their fingers will tell you they're terrifying.
you definitely don't need explosives to loose fingers, and I'd say that due to the skill ceiling involved anyone who deals with explosives is at much less risk..,.

Yes. I remember on physicsforums they'd be laying down all these warning and proscriptions about how-to-build scientific instruments involving glass tubing, high-voltages, mercury, etc. They wouldn't permit plans and directions for such things.
HelI's bells, the machinery you build a DIY X-ray machine with can be far more dangerous than the X-rays. For the short time someone would actually _use_ an X-ray machine, they'll certainly be able to focus on safety, and they certainly _would_ . You get lax around a table-saw. You can't find the push-stick? Well for now just poke it along carefully...
Had a friend with the missing tip of forefinger. And his workshop was festooned with wiring, electric motors, cobwebs and fine sawdust in the cobwebs. And he was a smoker. Cigarette butts all over the place...

The hardhat clips at the end are so relatable.
it's almost more annoyance than it's worth. But every now and then it actually does its job correctly. And for that reason I am begrudgingly grateful for its existence.
Its nice to know that, all this crazy stuffs you do, even knowing that is a hard content to make, you must know the failings of it, thanks for sharing! We support you and all!

Kas b yeah and when I saw it I knew what was going to happen. I’m glad he didn’t hurt himself to bad on that one.

Lovely stuff Cody. I think it is good to acknowledge and record our misadventures. Your mostly calm reactions suggest that you would be a good person be beside during a crisis. I hope this new year is joyful and productive for you.
New years resolution: less fails
Nah, 4K is better. Though that's so last decade, so my new year's resolution is 8K.

First time watcher here, and I have to say: after seeing that, it's a miracle you are still alive.
Not that I didn't already have plenty, but I have so much more respect for you after watching the things that you didn't let make you quit. I swear it's like watching myself, one except this is my only mode of operation. Fuckin' love your content man!
Best “end of the year” video I’ve seen today.
i cant wait for you to stumble across that sd card and we get a found footage in like 2 years
There is some absolute gold reactions from Cody in this vid, for example:
"That was a little bit more violent than I expected"
"I didn't expect *that* to blow it up."
"Thats not the first one I've blown up"
And many more. :D
Mistakes often lead to an improvement to success. The trick is to make sure the cost is not greater than the reward. Thanks for teaching and showing us your continuing road to success.
Hey Cody, thanks for going through everything you've done and for everything g you'll continue to go through. I love your content. The majority (okay, all of it) of your videos are content much higher teir then my education; but I really enjoy learning what I can grasp and hearing you talk about how fascinating everything can be. They didn’t make it to the end of their bloopers video!

This is the earliest I've ever caught one of your videos!
This is probably one of the most educational videos on youtube, learn from mistakes... good job Cody!
Its humbling watching Cody make mistakes. In some videos his knowledge is on point, so it's hard to imagine him messing up much!
