      I swear I've done this. I bump my head with a hardhat on 100x's more than I would without a hardhat. It's crazy how our brains have adjusted to be pretty accurate at moving around and not bumping our heads...yet you add another inch or so on each side by wearing a hardhat...and you bump into everything lol

      @@DraconicDuelist I'm afraid a few of them might be private/unlisted or even deleted now, like the 1:38 one for example. Cody even named it "boom oil" rather than its proper name out of precaution. It's a pity that youtube went down so hard on those types of videos even without showing the full process to make things that can go boom, I think that policy claimed the gunpowder from urine series as well.

      S1L3nT ah yes and 2001 was the millennium🤦‍♂️ no that’s not how we do things, even if you may hypothetically be right with numbers tradition says otherwise.
      Edit: I just thought about it. No we did not start with the year one. There was a time where it was 0. Then .10, .20, .30, .40.... even if we broke it down to numbers you are wrong. I’ve seen a lot of people say “DeR iTs NoT a NeW dEcAdE” and it’s really starting to piss me off. All you are doing is spreading misinformation about something that should be easy to figure out with a first grade education level. Stop it, get some help.

    • @BartJBols
      @BartJBols 5 років тому +1

      @@itskidkelly nope, since the calendar starts counting BEFORE it was made, (made in the year 300-ish) and starts with the birth of Jesus (even if just theoretical) as the year "1", we do start at the year 1, and its not a new decade technically. But then again, its only a technicality.

    Here's one I've learned once and then forgotten once: Always anneal a sterling silver ring shank before clamping and soldering the end together.
    Work hardened ring shanks when under stress and then heated _will_ explode.
    Also yes, hot metal doesn't always look hot.
    _Always_ know where your barbed wire is. And don't hit it with your arm when cleaning debris off your pig blocking grill during irrigation when the water knocks you over.
    Don't torque your drill bit sideways while drilling through metal. If you do, make sure your hand isn't where you can drill into a knuckle with a broken drill bit.
    Oh the wonderful scars we adventurous folks have. Loved the video, Cody. Glad you're mostly ok.

      @@jkenny1 Thankfully I was young and had insurance that covered it, but that shit hurt so much. It cut off a nerve and any time I bumped the bottom of the cut, it would send shooting pains up the thumb. It has since healed, for a few years now, but I'm still really leary about touching it.

    Wow. I hate to say it was a great video, because so many times you either got hurt, or almost got seriously hurt. That drone falling to the ground wasn't pretty. LOL Have a great New Year!

      He posted that on Tweeter I think. It was because of the diamond chainsaw not turning on at the chicken hole base. He spent hours trying to get it to work

    Cody, Thank you for posting this video!.
    The mistakes are very important, we both know this.
    Thank you for sharing so that others can learn what not to do. One of the biggest lessons is learning another way in which it will not work.
    Although these videos are failure's they all contributed to great success.
