Great work sir. Works perfectly and you awesome tutorial saved me a TON of time fiddling with that kit! Extra Tip: If the old ball joints are stuck in pretty well , putting the other cone shaped adapter or a socket over the threaded rod tip will allow you to get it started without the ball joint stud slipping off the tool .
great video man, gonna be doing this along with lower ball joints, toe rods and ends, sway bar end links, drilled and slotted rotors, brake pads and some other stuff this weekend 😂
i’ve heard you have to tac weld the upper balljoint to the upper control arm since the hole itself can get bigger have you had any issues with this way ?
I think people do this with ball joints without the c clips, such as the stock. They must be having issues with the balljoint getting loose. I never had that problem with the c clip.
Great technique. Just used this. One thing is during removal add a socket to end of ball joint so it doesn't spin off the press as easy
This video is a life saver! I’m also doing a power steering rack and “while I’m in there” realized I need to refresh a lot of the suspension.
awesome, glad you found it helpful.

@@madmiata1887 Thanks for the video, I am curious how aggressive the driving has been in that time since it seems the snap ring's doing it's job.
@malcolmbellon7411 I did a track day and a couple autocross events. No issues. Sold the car unfortunately.
