Indeed. Even though they got buffed super hard by the genies, the number of ogres they took down is astonishing. I won't certainly overlook the summon elementals spell again 😂.
Lol, my brain totally saw that as just the bend of the path. Yeah, pretty sure that doesn't get picked up, sorry. I've recorded quite far ahead of this now.
Ah, I just loaded up the old save file, and on second thought I think I saw it as the edge of the mountains. Kind of blends in when you are concentrating on other things. But it's ok, we don't need it 😅
My instinct is to go for those economic buildings early. You eat the upfront cost but after a few turns it's all profit baby. That's probably why I'm sometimes short when I need to buy something critical lol.
"we dont have a lot of wood" umm you have 40k in your bank bild a resource silo or three, as well if you had built that Treasury you were talking about you wouldn't be concerned about money at all, love your strategizing but at the same time you mishandle a lot of little things that could help you
Im back three episodes lost 🤣 35:50 What ?! He just missed the thing he want to trade it with other material? 45:00 Very Strong Item put in spot where anyone could get it with boat NICE !
Here's an idea for next gameplay. Play a map with frozen cliff on it and recruit Azure Dragons for total domination. Once you flag the dwelling, you are not allowed to recruit any other tier 7 creature aside for azures.
Do you do any explanation videos? I just picked this up but I did play it when I was a kid with cheat codes. I’d like to learn how to work out if I should take a fight, and then how to win said fight. I have tried restarting fights but don’t really understand how each stat affects the fight.
You hero's attack and def are straight up added to your units' attack and def. Spellpower and knowledge are (usually) pretty when reading spells. Of course I might've just misinterpreted your question. Unfortunately, I'd say there isn't a "cheat sheet" to decide whether you should take a fight or not. What you're doing is actually a perfectly valid way. Since there are (relatively) too many units in the game, you can't really memorize every stat and every match-up without wasting some serious brain power on just memorizing things, which would be silly imo. Save the game often, see if you can take on a fight. Most of the individual power level "feeling" should come with time. As a general rule of thumb; keep the ranged units in corners and surround them with your "lesser" and slow units. Use "1-stacks" (unit stacks with just a single - usually worst - unit in them) to as a bait to herd the ai to places where they can't attack you. Wait with fast units and then attack with them at the end of the turn if you can deal significant enough damage, retreat them to safety at the start of the next turn. Tactics used in Norovo's videos (such as the ones suggested above) are quite solid, but I wouldn't expect the same performance from my units as what he gets from his. Sorry for not answering your question exactly, but hope this helps a bit (even though I basically just summarized Norovo vids).
If you survive vs Orrin the sea dog scroll also has necklace of bless next to it. 3 to every stat. Good for a side hero maybe who doesn’t use moral like galthran
@@Norovo don't listen to him. I like your pace. the perfect mix of strategizing and thinking but still making progress and sometimes just doing things. pretty nice map you chose as it mixes up the "standard" homm3 random map formulae. enjoying it a lot!

can you upload the game somewhere .i cant seem to succed to install the mods like yours
Norovo: "I dont want to use too many spells points. 7 is expensive or 5.
His hero: 270 spellspoints
Yeah, but if you get ambushed by a powerful force; those extra blinds, slows, teleports, clones, counterstrikes... all really come in handy.
Especially when it was the difference to getting a victory instead of enemy retreat 😬
64 earth elementals taking on 332 ogres was epic

@@Raziel_J The summon spells are indeed extremely powerful, but I think Eovacius's 33 Defense helped them tank tremendously haha
I can hardly believe that you walked away & forgot to pick up the Titan's Gladius! [lol]
Yessss I'm loving this series, can't wait thanks!
Love watching how you're strategizing your every move, good stuff!
I was just about to write that "nooo, why a cliffhanger" but then you said it yourself xD waiting for part 5
You seem to have forgotten about the sword artifact on the top right corner with solmyr.
i was hoping this was not intentional and couldnt pick it up for some reason, i was internally screaming

I thought you pointed it out yourself in an early episode, maybe I'm dreaming though. TBH I thought that was the main reason you went there 😅

Use the to gate to get galthran back to your necro city
MAN, I am looking out for new episode each day few times, I need to see what happens and how you deal without this titan sword you did not pick :D
Omg I know I was SCREAMING at my screen hahaha
Poor sword :( 12:00
It's fine, just +12 attack 🥴
This series is so fun! Thanks! :)
Rest in peace Loynis.
Solmyr and galthran are next to a town portal you can use it to send them to any of your towns
Amazing series!!! There are twists and epic battles everywhere
Always an enjoyable series to watch. Bless you!
Great vid! Can't wait for the next part.
The notifications are on for these series 😎
Should've split up the wights!

Awesome series, love it! Did you see the stack of sulfur behind artifact merchant near northern castle haha?
Theys parts are addictive to watch xD
Youre much better than me but its so hard to watch you not get the treasury when you have 50k gold
Thanks!

I love to see more!
Weirdly you are doing better than me in your game, but your AI are doing much better than mine.

Your graphics looks amazing! Which HD Mode Launcher settings do you use?
I'm sorry if I missed it in the video but is there a reason you didn't pick up the sword next to the pandora's box and abandoned mine you opened up?
yeah, I wasn't looking very closely and couldn't tell it apart from the mountains 😬

I believe clone only works on tier 1-5 creatures, or was that a hd/hota mod balance thing?
Think it's down to Basic vs Expert Water Magic
Finally :)
Do you have a link for the map? And also a link for the pirate expantion? :)
It's in the description of the video. Map is included in the HotA expansion.

👍👍
You need to play a little quicker, 50 mins for 2 turns is very slow gameplay.
That's how the game is won
To each their own, I have a lot of casual viewers who enjoy a more careful pace with decisions explained. Also, the video is more than 2 turns.
