  • You probably already know about many of the health benefits of quail eggs. These little eggs are packed with nutrients at much higher levels than regular chicken eggs. You may not have known that they can also be used to treat over 5000 illnesses and conditions. In this video I explain a little about how that works.

    Read a scientific study in quail eggs in regards to mast cells. Quail eggs are a mast cell stabilizer, which is a big part as to why they help with allergies, asthma, eczema, and many of these other illnesses. See mast cells create mediators such as histamine and other inflammatory markers, quail eggs being a mast cell stabilizer reduce these inflammatory markers. I have an illness that causes issues with mast cells so I found that particular study to be very enlightening. Another interesting note is that chicken eggs are said to release histamine in the body, whereas quail eggs have the opposite effect. Pretty awesome stuff, thanks for producing this video!

    I know this video has been out for awhile. But, back in December of 2018 my wife and I watched your video and started this journey together. Drinking 5 quail eggs a day, two months later stepped up to 10 eggs per day each. Couldn't stomach that much so dropped down to 7 eggs per day each. Now June 3rd happy to say my wife has stopped using Alegra D and is only using Clariton 24 hour no D. Even though pollen is very high. A little background on my wife. She cannot do the allergy shot program as her grass allergies are off the chart and cannot be measured. She tried and it was going to cost a lot for over 10 years of shots. All her life she has had grass allergies. We are soo looking forward to years ahead of her possibly being allergies free. And yes we raise quail, jumbo brown JMF stock. Over 100 quail and building. All of our quail are in a greenhouse and are floor raised. Oh, my wife says thank you. We live in Olympia, Washington.

      Just wanted to add my wife really likes the taste of raw quail eggs. But then again for those who don't like the taste of raw quail eggs. Do you like the taste of drugs from the doctor. We do not. I must say I don't like the taste of raw quail eggs neither. But I drink them anyway. Not sure what they are doing for me.

      @TheCountryBunkins..Wow ..very good .. I’m also allergic to grass, oak trees, and pretty much everything else 😂. Out of 35 items tested, I was highly allergic to all of them. I ran away from the allergy shots. Majority of my allergies started after moving from Chicago to Houston. I work in the medical field and I really don’t want to be stuck with pills and shots. So I’m taking an Year off to fix myself up...moved to India (since I’m originally from India)..half of my allergies are gone looks like..I don’t know if it’s the environment or food or both or something else..I came with a plan to do Ayurvedic treatments..also the locals here recommended quail eggs to fix everything up..I had quail eggs and duck eggs yesterday and today...anyways I’m experimenting with myself..once I get better, I’m planning to move to Chicago for sometime to see if I’ll have any issues there..and then move back to Houston again ..let’s see what’s triggering..by the way, I grew up in a farm and I remember having lots and lots of raw eggs ..but now I don’t know if I can do it ..

    I enjoy all your videos. The way I eat the raw Quail eggs, I use 8 to 10 raw eggs, a cup of Almond Milk, some sort of fruit such as a banana, pineapple or blue berries with 3 Tbsps of Stevia, tsp of vanilla and about 10 ice cubes. I put all this in my blender to make a nice shake. I don't usually want anything else until supper. Keep the videos coming.

    Hello,
    I have found the benefits of quail eggs in a couple years ago. Honestly, I always maintained healthy lifestyle so to “measure” the benefits, is hard. I take 5 eggs every day raw in the morning, with empty stomach like you said. It has been like 3 years now. What I can prove about the benefits :
    I have no any signs or symptoms what most people have, like blood sugar, or diabetes, blood pressure, etc.... I was had migraines very often, it has been disappeared, my energy level is always maintained, I love sweets and sugary things, since I take the eggs, some reason I can say no for desserts easily. My skin has always “clean”, and look healthy. My hair grows like crazy. And last but not least, even my sexual drive was always up, since the eggs if I skip one day with out having sex with my wife, I am going crazy. Some of the main benefits of the eggs, which is to prevent to form cancer cells in the body. Overall, as discussing as it sounds like to have a raw egg every morning, I highly recommended to anyone. My family dose : 5 for me- 4 for my wife - and 3 for the kids. Sometimes We take “rest”, means we not taking the eggs for a couple days or a week. I am living in Florida and it is kinda hard to find quality and quantity but it worth everything to have them in my family lifestyle.

    There must be something to you are saying. Some time back around the mid 1950s I can remember when visiting grandpa's farm, in the morning before doing his chores he would have his coffee with one fresh chicken egg in his coffee... we keep telling myself I'm going to try that one day, that day hasn't come yet and I'm 68. i eat 6 to 12 chicken eggs daily... i under cook them and have raw yokes usually. if i was cooking the equivalent of that many chicken eggs in the same undercooked manner, i figure there would be 2 to 5 raw quail eggs mixed in there. do you think that would work? i'm not sure how easy it is to keep quail yokes raw.

    • @Slightlyrednecked
      @Slightlyrednecked  5 років тому +2

      I don't know that I can answer that for sure. I am not a nutritionist, but from my understanding, cooking them at all really diminishes the "medicinal" qualities. They have to be completely raw if you want to use them to treat something. But they are still supposed to be more nutritious than chicken eggs even when they are cooked.

    • @Slightlyrednecked
      @Slightlyrednecked  7 років тому

      well, sometimes i put them in the fridge....sometimes I just put them in a bowl out in the garage...sometimes i just set them on the counter. As long as you aren't washing the eggs first they keep for a pretty long time. I pretty much only incubate one set of eggs at a time and wait until the chicks are about a week or so old before setting another batch of eggs to incubate so everything that comes in during that downtime is stored for eating or sold. Hope that makes sense.

      Please elaborate because I came from the culinary arts field into raising quail for eggs, not trying to hatch. Would you want to wash them before storing in the fridge for cleanliness? Mine end up having dirt, grit and sometimes poop on them.
      Again, I'm not incubating, I'm eating.
