It's a pity the Boer and Butcher staff don't have the same drive as the owner. 1st had a terrible experience at Haasendal then we didn't want to diss the place completely and went to Durbanville , waited an hour for food, there was only 3 couples in the place so you can't blame it on that, there's a couple that came after us and ordered the same breakfast as ours and guess what they got their food 1st. When we enquired about it we were told the waitron is going to help in the kitchen. We refused to wait any longer as we had previous engagements and the manager Joshua just shrugged his shoulders without an apology and made us pay for the coffee we had.
That attitude left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't ever return and wouldn't recommend anyone.
That place has so much potential but entitled staff will run a business into the ground. This happened Sunday morning 18Feb , check your cameras.
