I now live in Australia, but when I lived in Cape Town, myself and a few friends would go out after the snoek from Hout Bay. Really miss those days and the unique Cape Coloured culture and their version of the Afrikaans language. Can't help a little nostalgia. Good luck and safe fishing guys.

Wat 'n voorreg om hier in Pretoria snoek (vars nogal) kan koop. Ai waar is die dae toe ek Lambertsbaai se snoek kon koop. Nou te ver getrek. Ons betaal ongeveer R110 per kilo hier "bo". Nog steeds 'n winskoop.
