    Human beings - the one lifeform on this earth that can take a shapeless lump of clay and turn it into a beautiful pot.
    You are the god of pottery :}

    It is gorgeous. The shape is so pleasing. Full and round. I love what you did with the top. It is perfect.

    I'd love to see more vids of you turning some already thrown pots - see the process after throwing them, follow the path of a pot from just clay to ready to sell!

    Would you ever consider making a video of the pots being glazed? Love watching you throw them and I think it would be interesting to see more of the process of making them!

    Lots of fun to watch. I never make those, but I guess I'm going to try one tomorrow. Thanks, a fun video and motivational.

    Perfect. Never saw a better one. You did it like you have been throwing them for years.

    That’s brilliant . What a cracking shape .
    Would like to see some videos of a collapse on purpose just to see how far you can push the clay! Cheers.

    Fantastic stuff, Dan. My tongue was sticking out a bit during most of that for some reason.

    The clay is so much more wet than I thought it should be. I think next time I try to throw anything, I'll start with softer (more wet) clay and I'll use more water in the throwing process. Amazing video, I just subscribed. Thanks for putting these out, they're inspirational!

    Nicely done! I have no idea how to do anything pottery wise but you looked stressed enough so I can imagine that to be quite a task! Love your videos!

    Dan, you could slow the wheel down by fitting an inverter in the power supply

    I’d love a good video look at your Wheel and how it works. I’ve not seen one that runs like yours before.

    how much should I spend on my first wheel?

    • @redarcs5273
      @redarcs5273 7 років тому +1

      Do not by a new one. Try and get a solid used wheel. the cheapest used one you can get is 900$ and up. Look on Craigslist, NextDoor, or OfferUp. Brents, Pacifica's, and Shimpos are good.
