👇Here is a recipe for Turmeric and first off Turmeric will not work without Black Pepper. Black pepper helps your body utilize vitamins and minerals from your food. Without black pepper Turmeric cannot be utilized by your body. When I took this recipe I felt like I could run around the block 100 times I felt so good I got this recipe online look at the next comment for the recipe.
@@ummumustaphaAmrani2 teaspoon of organic virgin coconut oil 2 teaspoons of Turmeric powder you can get a DD's or Costco call Ross. 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. One 8oz a filtered hot water mix all ingredients together in the hot water let sets to cool and drink it doesn't taste so good yeah you'll feel the difference right away. Do not take at night because it'll give you a lot of energy.
Thank you for this! I recently bought turmeric root thinking it would have more potent health benefits. However, i am not sure how to use it. In your opinion is there any application/recipe you would prefer to use fresh root or is it best to use it in a dried and powdered form? Thank you :)
I have dried the turmeric after curing and chopping into thin slices. However, after 2 days of drying it is still having moisture and it feels a little sticky to touch. Is this normal?
Hello, thank you for your video. What is the machine that you use to grind at the end? I am searching such a tool since a while. I would be thankful for an answer 😊

You can use it dry or fresh...most use it in curry or you can also add it to smoothies, small amounts as it is potent

I believe it’s the temperature around.. in cold countries it may take longer to dry.
Very helpful. Thank you
can you do this with turmeric roots that have been frozen ? (they were from my garden)
I believe you can do it, try 2-3 pieces and dry them first. I believe it will work well. Try it and let me know please. Thank you
