Saying "natural state of unemployment" alone is proof that it's flawed. A lot of folks believe there's a "NATURAL COURSE" or a "DESIGN"

No, Mr. Ladiesman, because the natural unemployment isn't necessarily a bad things. It's those in transitional unemployment between jobs or no longer technically qualified to work for the short term, so they shift skills and get new jobs. It's a necessary part of the economy, sir. Hope this made it clearer!
