I talked with the owner of my gym about changing the music list on the gym, and i made him play my personal playlist (which are all Tevvez songs) and you had to look how the people was vibing with the songs, now the gym looks more alive, my tribute to Zyzz.
My dad passed away about two months ago and I've been stuck in a perpetual cycle of depression. It took quite a big effort, but I finally quit my draining job and am going for a new one, and I finally got sane enough to go back out with my friends for drinks and got enough motivation to start working out again. No matter how dark it seems, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. We're all going to make it brahs! We're all going to make Zyzz proud.

I'm not joking when I say Tevvez and Zyzz have given me back my love of the grind and getting strong and lean again! Back at it the last few months after a very poor couple of years from 2020 to early 2022. I literally just said "fuck it" one day, grabbed my gear bag and a watter bottle and went back training and haven't stopped since! The goal is aesthetics but also functional strength too and at nearly 33 years old, 6 foot 2 and 105 kilos, I'm nowhere near finished! Just have to torch the middle and I'll be sailing!
