Going to the gym or just working out at home should be a weekly routine. Also your body needs rest, working out everyday the same muscles is not gonna make you jacked and will cause muscle atrophy. You need a varied workout routine training all muscle groups during the week. Doing only 1 kind of workout is boring and demotivating. Get a gym subscription. Thats the real start
