- *Salisbury steak recipe
1 lb ground turkey
1 tsp salt (I used table salt)
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup Italian Seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
Oil (as needed for browning meat)
*Gravy
1/2 large white onion (sliced)
8oz whole mushrooms (sliced)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
salt/ pepper to taste
soy sauce to taste
*Mashed potatoes
5 med russet potatoes
chicken bouillon powder
water
Garlic powder
black pepper
garlic salt
milk
unsalted butter
cream cheese

I am SO not a mushroom person. Their smell, texture, and taste makes me wanna puke eveytime. That being said, this looks amazing!!! I had never heard of your cream cheese in mashed potatoes!!
