WOW ! I want one of those 001 shirts...thats so funny. Its kind funny....you have all these Ultras out there that have the Super High mountains ( UTMB), Hot deserts , deep Canyons (WS100)....and yet you look at Barkley and you wonder...why does this race have its rep....I say its MYSTIQUE ! Its history, its reputation and its lack of finishers has built up its mystique . Im really hoping Gary can conquer his Kryptonite this year....I know deep inside him its killing him that he has not conquered that race. Hoping you get it also Jamile.....if we can get a year with no storms we may have a year with multiple finishers. Loved your training session videos.....good luck to you all
Funny how he thinks he got all the virgin stuff out of the way. Hope you talked to him about finding the books in the woods? I would have made a pirates map and told him to go find lost, naked Barbie dolls in the woods with all directions in various forms of Arrrrggggg.

Hopefully pretty good. I’ve been practicing with a lot of orienteering races this spring and won the North American 24-Hour Championship in the fall so hopefully that’s enough to give me a fighting chance out there!
@@obsequiousrock That answer made me laugh so hard. "Pretty good, just won the championship." And I was just wondering around our local airport trying to find the rental cars for 30 minutes. Or 45. Good luck and have lots of fun!
I'm pretty sure (worried) that this year will be a bust: None of the foreign competitors can fly in from Europe, and all gatherings will be outlawed ? :-(
