This man is the real deal, through him, Christ or Wisdom is expressing itself more clearly than I have seen from many other teachers.

I M Lester’s still around :). Just have to be open to his guidance, just like with all other masters that appear to have passed on.

Holy mother of god!!! I have been in extreme full body pain for 3 days. I have been unable to find relief. I just tried this as a last ditch thing and IT WORKS! I still fell a bit but the relief I feel now when I go right into it is miraculous! Just try it!

I burned my 2 fingers and tried this out. It still hurt but I put all of my acceptance, attention there. The physical pain was still there but it had lessened considerably and I wasn’t grimacing and after about 20 minutes of allowing the sensations in my fingers and not trying to deny or run away or resist it...I felt I could be ok with it. I was even smiling. I even made a little mantra “these are just body sensations. They don’t mean anything”

definitely true - practised this in sitting long hours in meditation - pain does go - if you don't follow the desire to move - when you can just allow it to be …..

Pain is the effect of something, and this something is called fear, the fear is from some false idea that ultimately ties into fear of death. So the more we fear the feeling of pain, the more we perpetuate the cycle of pain caused by the fear. So wherever you find pain, you'll always find fear behind it and behind the fear, you will always find some idea that contains danger, which is ultimately false.
So by facing the pain and wanting to feel it, you're reducing the fear of it. But finding the idea thats causing the fear and seeing that is has no real existence independent of the mind, and is therefore false.

Oh this totally reminds me of some pain i had in my toe that would hurt while i was asleep and i'd wake up to it for a few nights. I was forced to just feel it entirely one night, and i made an appointment for the doctors, then when i got to the doctors that afternoon, There was just nothing. I said thankyou to my doctor and she just laughed and said "thankyou for nothing". And that night there was nothing, no pain.
