A few years ago I needed a graphic tablet for my daily work, but I got it without screen, Very bad decision ! Is very annoying and very slow for drawing with precision, specially long lines, so, I'm gonna get a "real" one some day, I don't need it right now and is too pricy, but, I must say, thank to your reviews I know exactly what I want and what I don't need. Thanks for sharing, Cheers !

Noticed the touch lag for Clip Studio on the iPad too. We talking M1 iPad pro. Hopefully they fix it. It's the only reason why I often switch to Procreate for sketching because it's so fluid and responsive.

This is super exciting for me. I've been saving for the Cintiq 24 Pro with touch to replace my very old Cintiq 22HD. It's so ridiculously pricey here in Canada (around 5k with taxes). I've been hoping XP-Pen or Huion would come out with 4k touch screen before mine kicks the curb. Can't wait for the 24 inch version of this. Would be nice if they offered a matte version though, or matte screen protectors or at the very least some felt tips. I really hate drawing on glossy screens.

I suggest you look and comparing other wacom competitor like huion before deciding to buy cintiq pro 24 because if you are unlucky your cintiq will be broken before 1 year like mine, I own cintiq pro 24 since 2019 and in 2020 i return it because screen issue, they replace with new cintiq but today the screen issue appear again

@@JokoJMC Oh Yeah, totally. I'm a huge tablet nerd and keep up with everything that comes out. Wacom has really been getting on my nerves these past few years, and I've heard a lot about the drop in the quality and the customer care is abysmal for the price. I really want 4k with touch, and before this XP-Pen, there wasn't any. I'm really happy Xp-pen offers this now, just have to wait for the 24 inch version. Heck I'll probably wait a year or 2 to see if Huion comes out with a touch one too. I like having options.

Ok but yeah those cables, as picky as I may be, are weird. With other companies trying to make designs where the cable are as 'out of the way' as possible, it's strange that they chose to have that design, but I guess it really is just one's own preference.

Hi! I have two quick questions: Do you have a link for the stand(s) you'd recommend? And if I draw with an artist's glove already, will the glove improve the palm rejection on this display? I loved both of your review videos for this. I just got a tower and am considering using this as the main monitor (that I can easily use for art) in my studio corner while miracasting to the other monitors on my work desk. Then I could also move it to connect with my laptop and get the touch functionality I like without all the clutter (and having even more screens and mess).

Regarding 1440p resolution being better for the application widget size, wouldn't it be the same if you scaled this tablet's resolution by 150%(1440p or close to it) instead of 200% (1080p)? p.s. I'm glad that you also cover how Krita and other non Photoshop apps performs for these tablets, not like some other channels who seem to think Photoshop is the only thing that matters.

    • @teohyc

Anything less than 200% scaling makes the UI look kinda small. 1440P is actually better but to get that it's better to get the 24-inch model and skip the 4K. At this price, I prefer 24 inch 1440P

I got this tablet like a couple weeks ago and i've been working with it on my windows pc and clip studio. For whatever reason, i can't get the palm rejection to work properly. I keep pressing menus with my palm, so i had to move all my tools and menus to the left side (im right handed). So i dont know if this is xp-pen's fault, clip studio's fault, or even windows 10's fault. I wanted a touchscreen drawing display to homogenize my drawing experience between my workstation and my ipad pro, and for what it's worth, i think the palm rejection and touch environment experience is miles away from what ipadOS and apple's ipads (pro or otherwise) have achieved. I too can attest to clip studio's half second lag with touch input. but eventually you get used to it. The palm rejection though, it drives me off the wall. I had to turn off the "two finger tap to undo" gesture because of it. I kept undoing things every three strokes 💆‍♂️
Does anybody else here have prior experience with other brands' touchscreen drawing displays? Is this bad palm rejection xp-pen's fault? or windows? or is it just a software issue with clip studio? 🤔 I already clicked the checkbox under settings/devices/pen & windows ink/ "ignore touch input when im using my pen". This and the thin pen (i got big hands) is literally my only complain with this hardware. The screen and build quality are excellent, and the fact i can only use 1 cable to work with it is also great (coming from using a cintiq 22hd that used a ton of cables and a huge power brick, this thing feels so simple and elegant)
