Honestly, if a Core 6 Cinderella with her best team (max core and fully geared) and with good rolls struggles to take down an electric weak boss, and with near perfect play strats involved... I dont think she needs a nerf, if anything she needs a kit wording update and leave her strength as it is.

​@@TokyoLeee Three arguments against it, and I'll admit that I'd need a calculator to be sure of this.
The first is that because Cindy operates like a MG, it also makes sense for her to use Bastion, as she has a reload and charge time every time she expends a magazine. Thus, Bastion allows her to fire more shots within three minutes, so arguably, the damage per SECOND balances out with Vigor's stronger damage per SHOT. I'd need to look up how much of an ATK bonus Cindy receives to confirm that, though.
The second reason is that, realistically, most players would have focused most (if not all) of their resources on developing their Resilience and Bastion cubes, so Vigor would have been left behind. Economically, Bastion would be the better choice: even if it was not as good as Vigor, it's far better developed, meaning more elemental damage and ATK.
The third is that at best, the Vigor cube gives 9.69% more Max HP, while Rouge offers a lot more than that.

What was the trick with you having the pause menu open while shooting the glass slipper?

Using rouge sniper atk, while pausing move the cursor to the right position and release, it still shoot even on pause menu, min maxing by not using group guard of ur Nikke.
You might wonder why his mouse cursor and crosshair doesn't sync, he turn off cursor sync in options, for more accurate on core shot.

@@komura36 why is it more accurate? because he can see the cursor? I suppose he is using the aim assist but i have problems using it like it locks your mouse so much on core that its difficult to move it and hit parts or qte

@@tarta5844 it's because when we spam left click the crosshair tend to move a bit. Off sync the cursor come into help, and yes the auto assist might F up our qte sometimes, for min max we might need to turn on and off in certain situations.
At the end of the day, we no need perfect everything to get full rewards, unless achievement like this video stage 9th cleared.

@komura36 At least in the video he isn't turning it on and off and thats what surprised me. I suppose he doesnt because the qte are far enough from core making you move the cursor enough distance to lose the lock in from aim assist. Is it correct?

Rouge is electric-code, which...kinda helps. As you noted, she also offers burst gen. Most importantly, she offers Cinderella a sizeable Max HP buff, which boosts Cindy's damage. Lastly, one of Liter's buffs is Max Ammo, which doesn't really help S.Anis very much; Rouge doesn't mess with S.Anis's ammo count, which means she can use her last bullet much more often.
