The first problem: Raid gives warning that Rapi is NOT a burst 1 when choosed in Raids - people are freaking, picking own burst 1, blocking Rapi burst 1. Which means, that we need to lie others, by picking Rapi in last moment after swapping own burst 1. The second problem: too slow bomb stacking ... around 4.5 sec without Full Burst, 2 sec with full burst. For 250% damage per 4.5 sec or 1250% damage per Full Burst time. 120 * 5 = 600% damage from Rapi minigun in same 4.5 sec time, with Core shooting bonuses.
The fact that she can be a burst 1 but I still put her as burst 3 based on her passive 1 skill which is way more stronger, plus, an additional damage from liter and rapi's rh plus attack damage on herself is way bonkers

we always joking about liter being dethroned everytime new b1 cdr released but this time it's might be a little bit true. Because while buff wise liter is still better rapi with burst 3 attacker stat really pull her own weight that sometimes the damage difference with the liter buff is overcomed with her own personal damage.

Replacing Liter with Rapi on Kraken let me progress over one entire HP bar in rank rewards, which is nuts. I actually got worse results replacing the 2nd strongest B3 in my team with her because even though she did more damage, it wasn't as much as the difference she made as a B1 in place of Liter. I see this as a huge win for more raid team options. That and the dual elemental advantage? Delicious. THIS is how I feel Shift Up should continue to design units, even if they don't end up as OP as Rapi: Red Hood.
