Thanks for a great educational experience!
It seems like supreme:) Thank you for your review.
Great job Chris
Thanks Rick!
Just bought a house... going to need to expand my air tool collection for all these future home projects!
Right on! These would definitely help :)
Cordless is the way to go
Chris, Any change you'll be doing a review of the Craftsman 20v Stick Vacuum in the near future?
Scott, yessir! I'm just waiting for it to arrive :)
Thanks Man
I just bought the 6 lb nailer airtank
So on the regulator to run the 18 gauge nailer should be set at what
90. All of the ones I have say 90 max PSI
Can't wait to give these a try. May even look at the bigger compressor.
Thanks for watching Steve and yes... check 'em out!
Can you show us the 27 gallon air surpressor my dad isn’t the best at exposing things 😅. And he doesn’t do it in order either
I only have the 20 gallon :)
You have a professional radio/TV broadcast voice. Were you? anyway loved your review keep up the good work.
Thank you! Yes I host Motorz TV and I’ve also done a lot of radio 😀
@@chris i knew it.
Just get a 50 gallon air compressor and a 1000 ft lb air ratchet and you’ll be happy with a 100 piece impact socket kit
Doesn't Stanley own Crapsman now?
Yes, Sears the CRAFTSMAN brand to Stanley Black & Decker in 2017 I believe
Im looking at the 750 max 99.99 ACE hardware I have a 600 foot pound Craftsman 20 years old can no longer get parts they look the same and look just like Ingersoll Rand quit max 204.00 I wounder if IR made the 750 max or my 20 year old 1/2 inch impact ? Parts numbers are the same form a wholesaler I use . Based off Craftsman part number and IR parts list . craftsman # 2131-42A-6 IR # 2134-42A-7 makes me go Hummm
Would have liked to see some actual usage-testing of these items. From what I have seen, the 750FTLB impact wrench is highly overrated for power. Sometimes has problems taking off lug nuts. While they ARE inexpensive, if you are anything but a "home user", I would take a pass on them.
From your profile, I thought you are a Minecraft channel, lol
Haha! You're right... never thought of it like that until now
@@chris 👍
What's the difference between a human and all other animals? Tools.
Air tools are dead for the most part, dumb move on their part
I disagree. They still have their place and I’m sure their research agrees otherwise they wouldn’t have wasted their time. Thanks for watching, John!
@@chris good video we need a battery powered air hammer to totally get rid of air tools, a sander may be the only tool that air would make sense as well, but all the other tools have good battery life. Most techs I know have abandoned air tools for the most part. I loved my air tools and hate seeing them sit unused but there are so many drawbacks with them, need a big compressor and hose and unless you work in a shop that has one battery powered is a better option. My battery powered tools from the past always failed me when I needed them to a point where I found ones that ran on AA battery’s. There is no way to easily use air tools in the field without a big tank compressor. The only other area would be heavy service work like big trucks. Most big companies don’t have a clue that’s a fact they get so big they become stupid and don’t do things that make a lot of sense. The craftsman hand tool line and brand was destroyed by sears. I will tell you why because they no longer delivered a quality tool at a good price. They changed to poor quality at a higher price than it was worth no one wanted craftsman anymore after that. Stanley bought them for the name and decided to make them overseas and telling us they were going to make them in the USA which hasn’t happened as of yet. They are bringing out all these tools that already exists in other brands for the same or cheaper price point and craftsman power tools were never rated that well not like the hand tools. That’s why I said it’s dumb on their part as they haven’t shown the true craftsman lover what they want to see quality made in the USA at a fair prices. That’s how craftsman comes back. People still look to buy the old craftsman stuff. Quality has come up some from when sears destroyed the name but not enough for it to become what it once was.
They do have their place... if anything you can get a nice lineup of pneumatic tools fairly inexpensively....because cordless tools are so popular right now so if you're looking to save money and you've got work to do pneumatic is the way to go
That is telling it how it is my man! Everything that you stated here makes perfect logical sense except when it comes to the angle die grinder sander an air hammer. I have yet to see a decent cordless option for those three particular tools. I am myself invested in the Ingersoll rand I QV 20 and I QV 12 quart list line because I just don’t have the space or the patience to deal with servicing a tank, reeling up an onion reeling hoses, messing around with couplers and fittings.
I really think that at some point in the future I will be investing in at least a 25 gallon tank so that I can run an air hammer ankle die grinder and a polisher sander to increase the amount of jobs that I can do on my own.
@@chris I would tend to agree seeing hours I have yet to see a cordless answer to an angle die grinder polisher sander and air hammer. Circa 2014 I began investing in the Ingersoll rand line of cordless power tools which include the IQ V 20 and I QV 12 series. It’s been almost 10 years since they originally introduced the IRW 7150 at the 2011 Sema show.In all that time they have not released a 20 V answer to one angle die grinder war air hammer. They do have a 12 V polisher sander but I do not do those types of jobs.
