Hey! I'm a bit short on time and probably won't post a video on segmenting specific anatomical structures, but if you watch the whole series, all these tools should allow you to segment whatever anatomy you want. Is there any specific problem with segmenting articular pillars?
@@janwitowski I have learnt a lot from your tutorial videos. But the segmentation of the cervical articular pillar has become difficult for me. I was trying to segment each part of the pillar for each vertebrae on both left and right side. If you could kindly help me in segmenting one vertebrae, I would be able to do the rest ones. I`m specially interested in the part where the pillar forms a cup like depression between two facet joints leaving the trabeculae behind.
Thank you! This is so useful for a complete beginner!
Is there a way to save the volume render as JPEG images that can be scrolled through?
could you create a video on segmenting the cervical articular pillar please!
