SnS Wand or SnS GS? I don't really know what to build, people keep saying that SnS Wand in alte can lose aggro in dungeon because of the amount of dps the team has, is that true?
No it's not SnS in itself has enough skills for maintaining agro no matter which you pick. General difference... sns/gs heavy focus on CC and has burst damage potential lacks prolonged sustain without healer. Sns/w much greater sustain giving a healer more focus on healing teammates instead of the tank. Dps wise its even whilst GS gives a lot of burst potential, wand has constant tick damage. Later stages with BiS gear sns/wand takes the spot since you can start running dungeons without a healer giving you an extra dps spot for faster dungeon clearing.

@@thats_sol_nfty9256 i usually create 1 preset skill for Dungeon, as you can see on my video. the 4th skill is Fountain of life, Omnipotence Skill from wand, this skill can give you area heal and small mana regen for you or your team bro. so make your party sustain on Last boss

For the rotation, you need keep up with boss agro, and you can see on my skill set, and another skill just supporting for you and your party
So do you normally run with a healer in the group still? Or do you fill both roles?
Depends on gear.. with mostly BiS gear you're more than capable to run without a dedicated healer.
Always go. When there's no healer. I can do both healing and tanking. But make sure your teammate is closer to you
