36 years old now and I feel a nostalgic tear forming.. god I miss the old days.. this reminds me of playing with family who are mostly dead now these years later.. time flies when your in hyrule.
Im actually crying right now... I just played Zelda BotW and found the lon lon ranch and put on this song. I cherish these memories... back then when I played this masterpiece of a game together with my two brothers. I miss these moments of peace, fun and excitement. This game will always remain in my heart...
I know this is a 3 year old comment, but I recently got the 3ds remake and I love it so much. Truly a masterpiece. And I don't know how I also get a nostalgic feeling, I got it like two weeks ago.
Oh my god ... same. I understand you so well. This music also reminds me of those long hours of play in the evening after the meal with my father and my brother. Memories that get older and older over time, but which will forever remain engraved in my heart. I miss those moments terribly and knowing that they will never happen again is killing me. I will give anything to live them again.
I run a homebrew dungeons and dragons campaign online with a bunch of my friends, and 100% of the music I use for my game is from various video games. The party ended up visiting the home of a friendly NPC, a lowly farm boy who caught the eye of a goddess, and became a fellow adventurer. This was the theme that played at his home. One of my players cried when she heard it.
Probably the only song that'll make me cry, thinking back to my childhood, sitting in the living room playing zelda. I wish I could go back and just relive a short moment
Heard the accordion version of the song while wandering around the Death Mountain region last night. Tens of thousands of years later, its nice to know Malon's kind soul lives on.
This- this is home. I’m home whenever I hear this song. No matter if I’m 100 miles away or just down the street, I think back to when I was playing OOT and sitting there with Malon humming along.

Haha i know what you mean. However you don't understand the profoundity of thanking God... cause you don't seem to belive in God, so i understand you :) Otherwise ofcourse i thank the producers of zelda, i love them for making such a good game. But above all i thank our creator for giving me the life in itself (not only my mother) and the opportunity to play this awesome game ;)
Yes, i agree. I thank The creators of Zelda for having a vision and executing it so well, but God was the one who inspired them with the idea. This is so beautiful!!
espero que más gente joven pruebe el juego, y sepa de este hermoso soundtrack, el momento donde te puedes relajar de la aventura y los enemigos en las llanuras
@@luischavez1701 Zelda has recurring themes like Beedle being a merchant in several games that were usually hundreds of years apart.
