Thanks for this video! I decided on an apartment in Broomfield but I live in the bay area (Northern California) and I'm worried about driving in winter but also worried about waiting so long that the place is gone. Any advice on routes, experiences etc. is much appreciated.
I agree. Broomfield is a very good option. You mentioned there's not light rail. I would like to see a video on the best neighborhoods to live in with light rail access. In other words, if that's your thing, this is where you should live. By the way, it really seems that Boulder's eco-focus would lead them to push for light rail up to boulder. That sort of a connection could make the whole network more viable for commuters. Not that it's up to either of us. 🙂
Great info, considering Broomfield
Thank you! It’s a great area! Where do you call home now?
I love the drone footage. It's hard to figure out from afar what a place is really like but this kind of footage gives a real sense of the area.
Thank you sir, I enjoy every flight!
Thank you for this video. I understood that this area is not for shopping, but are there such stores as Costco or Walmart or something like this?
Thank you so much for watching! Absolutely - you definitely have all of your key amenities and stores for day to day living!
@@destinationdenvercolorado thank you! Wish you all the best 🙏
Are there some neighborhoods without HOAs?
