i knew that nice clean hawaiian shirt was gonna get grubby 😂... anytime touching brake components?... there is no staying clean 🙄... did both my vehicles brakes this weekend and... its never easy... nothing ever goes perfect i commend you sir👍🏻
Normally I wear a blue long sleeve shirt, on this video I decided to wear that shirt because it has been in the closet forever, so I figured why not use it for my video, if it gets greasy, no big deal, I never use wear it anyway. Lol Yeah, the work doesn't always go as easy as some make it look on youtube, that's why I like to film myself live doing the work without doing to much editing to my video's. Some people comment and say "edit out some of the trouble you run into to make the video shorter" but the majority of people that watch my videos like to see the actual work and trouble I run into so that they know what and what not to do. Glad you got yours done, mechanic shops charge a bunch of money nowadays. Thanks for watching my video.
When you put the rotor back on use a lug nut at the bottom stud to support the brakes and it lines up better. Less strain. After brake is on don't forget to remove lug nut. fpr tire. Good job thanks.. I got est from Dealer and they wanted 900.00 labor to install two. No I did not
Im surprised you didnt FUBAR the ABS sensor when you pulled the hub assembly. They usually get trashed but the problem is, pulling them out before pulling the bearings also seems to break them. My suggestion to anyone attempting this, plan on having to replace the ABS sensor. They are easy to punch out when the hub bearing is out of the way. Dont plan on being able to pull them out as they are designed, the housings crack leaving the tip down in the spindle.
Nice video! Love how you laid out all the sockets and why you need them.

Didnt you forget the castle nut and axle upon reassembling?
I see, its a rearwheel. I was wondering about that cap in the back
@@laymensgrowing2032 The cap in the back is to help prevent dirt from getting in the bearings.
