Nt just because of covid high diesel price and inter state permit issue is a major issue that's why most opeeators are nt running volvo buses which they previously used to run on different routes and in future big operators will survive small operator will hv to shutdown.

They hv sold many of their buses now no more regular on regular routes high prices of diesel and permit charges lead to closure no help from govt most of small operator will.be finished in coming 2years only big player will survive
I had one the worst experiences. They are known for being arrogant. We agree that we missed out the excess luggage fees but there is a decent way to put it forward especially when you are traveling with your family. It was put forward by the driver ( Patels I guess hire such people so they can control customers by shutting their mouths by using a very hard language)
If u don't have an option you can take their buses but you need to be aware of their hooliganism.

Go for LNG mode and save money and environment. One fill can travel 1000 plus KM.
LNG will be cheaper by 20 %once the war is over and Geopolitics situation settles.
Govt should consider giving 5 yrs extra life once converted to LNG since fuel is environmental friendly.
Moreover the converted vehicle shall comply with Bharat VI norms.
