The answer from Ayo himself: Yeahh absolutely, I started applying for vacation schemes in my final year, but only got offered one in the autumn after I graduated which I did in December 2020. I graduated in summer 2020. I then interviewed for the TC in January 2021 and was offered one then. It would be important to add though that I did a scheme with my firm between graduating and getting offered the vac scheme called the 'Get Ahead Programme'. A scheme aimed at black and ethnic minority students and graduates to help them in the application process. This is something they now do every year and I'd fully recommend it. So in a nutshell: 1. Graduate undergrad 2. Get Ahead programme 3. Winter vacation scheme 4. Training Contract interview and offer 5. Law school Hope this helps ☺️
