Japanese artists mix english words or two in their vocaloid songs and everybody loves it. Becca mixes some japanese here and there in her re-imagining of this song and every one loses their minds.
Mixing languages is fun and creative. I can guarantee she had a fantastic time singing this and performing the video and tbh, that's all that really matters.

the only problem I have is with the arrangement/instrumental, but it's *Not* bad at all, I just prefer the original, but this had obviously had a lot of effort put into it an it's a cool project

I found this melody rather American tbh lol, not that there's anything wrong with it, but the thing I loved about the original and all the other Vocaloid songs is how different they sound... if they did a band cover of this then I'd probably 100% love it, it all depends on your taste in music though

+Caitlin Henries Jubyphonic made an English cover that's quite accurate, yet keeping to the jazzy playful character. You should check it out to see how it works. But even off the top of my head, i can think of replacements to the Japanese that work well. Sono ichi, number one. Ii, ne? And you know? I'm on my phone right now, so i can't point them all out, but jubyphonic does a better job imo.

Everyone is hating on her for mixing Japanese and English but isn't it vice versa when people mix English with Japanese songs like some Japanese songs has a few English words in it and this English song is mixing some Japanese words in it so if you hate that she did that you better hate ever single song that is vice versa of this

I really think that you should have credited Ryo for writing the song (crediting producers is important, due to not being credited for his music another vocaloid producer, Wowaka actually quit making music)due to Hatsune Miku being a voice synthesizer, unable to write songs on "her" own. Other than that I think this cover is actually pretty good aside from that. I apologize for the text wall too!
