Yes it's such a good way to boost the reach of a post! And if you have multiple versions of a photo and not quite sure which one to post, that is also such a nice way to share more :)
agree. I definitely follow her for her personality. It is a personality-driven account. That and she is ridiculously talented at photography. Instagram growth stuff I follow other accounts but she's so cute I watched this just for her not the content of this video. Oh and the incidental video footage of life there is fabulous.
@@MissLizaYangonMyanmar I agree I think most creative photographers have their style in mind already or have an idea about instagram and watch her for the entertainment. I've noticed for myself my photography channel the videos that are full of personality get watched more than ones that are more information rich...I think it's really what it comes down to for viewers on youtube. Its TRUE for me...I mean, if someone was really boring but they had the ultimate end all be all of info I guess I would watch...but really that doesnt exist.
Thanks for the info! May I suggest that you make a review on a mobile app that I personally use called Pixe. It's a hidden gem for Instagram and I think that your subscribers would really love it.
I came to your channel by the "100 photo ideas without showing your face" and stayed because of your personality. I love how you often change the background setting, so it never gets boring. ❤️
Instagram is really the place I go for a sense of community. I try chatting with people on other platforms like youtube and facebook, but instagram is really the place that those conversations tend to thrive the best. I feel like it's one of the more positive places online and so it is my favorite. I am not huge on instagram as far as followers go, but my engagement is really high and that means more to me because that means I am connecting with like minded creators ❤❤
I absolutely agree with you! Instagram is definitely the place I get a lot of inspiration and just see what other creators are up to and always find interesting conversations happening in stories or under feed posts :)
I found this video very helpful and it made me rethink my approach to Instagram. I've hated Instagram for the longest time because it was too overwhelming for me. You've inspired me to try it again for the fun and love of photography and content creation. We all get caught in the numbers game and just want to see the results instantly instead of taking the time to build something slowly that has a strong foundation. Thank you, great video!
“Repeat”! So simple but so effective! Like you, for the longest time I thought it be so boring to post the same style pictures over and over again, but that’s what I expect from other people: to be who they are and not showing me different feeds all the time. I think I’ll find another outlet for some of my crazy creative ideas and stick to what I know best on IG. Thank you Kika!
You are truly genius!! I love how your mind works in so many facets and brings it all together collectively for strong messages!! So so beautiful and radical!
Ooh good lady.. I'm thankful to UA-cam that your video popped up because they read my search history...I loved these tips and your 100 photography ideas video was amazing ♥️ sending hugs..more power to u♥️❣️❣️
Awesome.... I love your every single video... I desperately wait for your videos... Great content... Super inspiring.... When I discovered your channel, bingewatched and finished watching all videos in two days...👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hahah I love your enthusiasm!! :DD Thank you so much for watching and Iäm so glad to hear my videos calms and grounds you, I always try to be really authentic and keep it real in my videos :) I feel there is a lot of pressure and "picture perfect" stuff shown to us out there. I hope these videos can just be a fun and relaxing little inspiration boost that hopefully will not add pressure but motivation to go out there and create :))
What would be super helpful is to see how you edit - as in adding hands, a bicycle, birds etc....the more creative stuff not just editing of the colours etc?
Hey Kika! I simply love your videos! Been following you for a while now and you always manage to make me smile. Love your style and simplicity and the effort you make in everything you do is admirable! But what I enjoy most about watching your videos is your incredible, joyful personality...always find myself smiling at my phone while watching! I loved seeing the Ben & Jerry's ice cream in the straw shopping portion of your video. It's made in the next state over from me! Great tips IG tips too!
Oh really? Cool! This is literally the local supermarket that is close to where my parents live in Helsinki where Iäve bought groceries since I was like 10 years old haha :)) Ben & Jerry's icecream is so good!
You got a new follower here! I love your artistic approach on composing shots. Hopefully, I can grow my Instagram account as well through my passion for photography. Keep it up!
Thank you Kika! I am still waiting for the day when I'll feel ready to actually "just do it"...but in the meantime, I'm loving to learn and, loving your videos!
I'm sure the time will come when you feel ready, I think it's so easy to feel the pressure but take your time and trust that it will be the right one for you :) That being said, I'm sure you can do it and are capable of so much more than you think, and you don't need to have it all figured out when you start, I never have had a very detailed plan I just went with it and it's turned out fine :))
How did UA-cam never recommend you to me till today with over 128k followers! It’s all a setup...anyhow, glad I’m here now! Less time looking at the numbers and more on creating heard!

What kind of camera do you recommend for beginners? And is there a way you upload your photos so they don’t get stolen? Do you have a way to recommend for visual artists?
Hey Kika! Another perfect video for me, thank you! 😊 Do you have a hashtag for those people who use your tips and want to share the effects that you and others can see it? Like an inside community hashtag?
Hi Natalia! I don't but I've been thinking about that we definitely should create one! It would be such a fun way to be able to connect and see each others work more! :) Hmm what could we call it? :D I'll put it in an Instagram story too and ask for suggestions :)
Hello Kika About having a cohesive feed. Is having one color throughout, a good way to have a cohesive feed? For example for winter I have red for my photos and for spring I’ll be switching to another color. Thank you 😊
Thanks for sharing. 2 questions: (1) do you crop in Lightroom to 4x6 or in IG? (2) How do you post multiple frames to IG? It's easy when photos are taken with a mobile device because IG allows the post from the devices pictutes folder (on android). But how do you make photos available for multi-frame post that are taken with a DSLR?
Aarf I feel even more stressed out for my Instagram now 😢😢 it feels a lot like anything I do is never enough! But I'll follow your tips and I hope I won't struggle as much...
Hi! Oh no plese don't feel stressed out! i know it can feel super overwhelming, I go though those thoughts too! I'd say start with small steps and try to not focus on the pressure and "shoulds" but instead of the things that give you joy, like for example taking photos and don't worry about how often to post and all that. I find what helps me when i feel stressed is to do the most simple and "easy" things, like for example if I'm tired and out of ideas, I'll just redo an old idea and just maybe stay home and try to think what I can do with what I have :) Hope you feel better now and just know that whatever you're doing now is part of the journey :)) Lots og hugs Kika xx

Hi! Ah it might be that you need to have your IG account set to "Business account". I don't think you have to be verified though, you can just switch from a personal to a business account to get all those analytics tools :)
1.spend more time creating, less time looking at the number 2.post carousels 3.post photos in 4:5 4.focus on your composition and reduce clutter 5.post consistently 6.try to post more in the beginning to see what works for you 7.use your Instagram analytics smartly 8.choose a few key colors for a cohesive feed look 9.use apps like unum and mosaic to plan your feed 10.find "visco themes" on Pinterest for feed inspiration 11.make your caption count 12.repeat yourself

Is this true as I only have 500 followers and engagement is low ever since they changed it last year it’s been hard trying to reach all my followers, I’d say only 10% see my posts compared to what it used to
This "Spend more time creating, less time looking at the numbers" is gold!
